​Fire lanes, as you may already know, are specially designated spaces in parking lots which serve the purpose of allowing easy access for fire trucks, and other safety vehicles to park in the case of an emergency. This, of course, is important in parking lots that are near buildings and other structures that could be in danger in such cases. 

Fire Lane Compliance

​Depending on the configuration of your parking lot and your actual building, you may be required to have proper fire lane striping in order for your parking lot to stay in compliance with federal, state, and local compliance.  Our professional striping crew will assist you with understanding where fire lanes are required.  Most likely you will have a set of plans and will know where the fire lanes are required.   In the event, you have had a visit from the fire marshal you may also be fined if your fire lanes are not properly marked.
 
When we paint your fire lanes, we will also stencil “NO PARKING FIRE LANE" as required. We will make sure your fire lanes are properly painted and will meet all requirements for compliance.

Additional fire lane signage may be required or desired.  We can professionally install the proper signs to ensure that your patrons understand that they are not allowed to park in the areas designated as fire lanes.
